This policy covers prepanchor.com and the Prepanchor study area. Questions about your data: support@prepanchor.com.
What we store
- Your email address, when you ask for something free, sign up for updates or buy. We confirm it before sending anything else.
- Orders: what you bought, when, and the price. Lemon Squeezy holds the payment details; we never see full card numbers.
- Study progress: your answers, mock results, flashcard reviews, bookmarks and notes, so your study area works on any device.
- Where you came from: the campaign tags (UTM) on the link you followed and the short links you clicked, so we know which videos and posts help people.
- Consent records: what you agreed to and when, for emails and, where the law asks, cookies.
We don't sell your data and we don't use it to target ads unless ads are switched on and you have agreed to marketing cookies.

Cookies
When you arrive from one of our videos or links, a first-party cookie remembers which one for 30 days. It stays on prepanchor.com and is never shared. Visitors from the UK, the EEA and Switzerland are asked first, and nothing is set until they accept. Every cookie is on the cookies page, and "Cookie choices" at the bottom of every page changes your answer. Ad cookies from Meta and Google are off; if we ever switch ads on, they stay off unless you agree, wherever the law asks for consent, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal everywhere.
Where your data is held
Our site runs on Cloudflare's global network and our email goes through Amazon's US East region. Lemon Squeezy handles payments under its own privacy policy. Prepanchor is run from India, so your data may be handled outside your country. When data from the UK, the EEA or Switzerland goes to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum) in our providers' data processing terms.
How long we keep it
Account and progress data stays while you have an account. When you delete your account, your account, progress and email-list data are removed straight away. Order and email records stay for 8 years for tax and accounting, with your email address replaced by a code that can't be turned back into it. Sign-in links stop working after one use or when they expire.
Your rights
You can download a copy of your data or delete your account from your account page, or ask us by email. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to correct your data, object to how we use it, or complain to your data protection authority.
