These terms cover prepanchor.com, the Prepanchor study area and the packs you buy.

Who we are

Prepanchor is an independent publisher of study materials. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any testing organization or government agency. We write our own questions and explanations.

Your licence

  • When you buy a pack, you get a personal licence to use it for your own study.
  • One person per account. Please don't share your sign-in.
  • Don't copy, share, resell or publish the questions, guides, audio or videos, in whole or in part.
  • PDFs and audio you download are yours to keep for your own use. They carry your name or email as a watermark.

Access

Online access lasts 12 months from purchase unless the pack page says otherwise. Downloads stay available in your account.

Payment

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also charges any sales tax or VAT. Prices are in US dollars.

Refunds

Refunds are for problems on our side: a pack that doesn't work and that we can't fix, a double or wrong charge, or a missing part, reported within 14 days of buying. We don't refund a change of mind, and refunds never depend on your exam result. See the refund policy.

What we don't promise

We work to make every question accurate, but we don't guarantee any score or exam result. Every score readout is an estimated practice range, not a prediction of an official score. Check exam rules with the organisation that gives your exam.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, write to us first at support@prepanchor.com and we'll try to sort it out. If we can't, the courts of India decide the dispute. If you buy as a consumer, nothing here takes away the protections the law of your own country gives you.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so on this page and email account holders before it takes effect.
