Two families of packs: one for the digital SAT®, and one for practice in the ACT® test format, which we call the Three-Section Test. Every question is our own. Start with a free diagnostic, then work on the domains or sections that cost the most points.
On the digital SAT®, the second module of each section is harder or easier depending on how the first went, and a calculator is allowed throughout Math. On the ACT®, some questions in each section are unscored, science is optional, and the Composite comes from English, math and reading. The optional ACT® writing essay is not listed. Each test has a complete bundle with full-length mocks, or you can buy single packs by math domain, skill or section.

No. Prepanchor is an independent publisher, not affiliated with College Board or ACT Education Corp. Every question and explanation is written by us. We use no College Board or ACT® material, including their practice tests.
Check the testing policy of each college on the list first. If either test will do, try a free diagnostic for each: the Digital Test Diagnostic and the Three-Section Test Diagnostic. Each reports by domain or section, so you can see where the work is.
ACT® is a registered trademark of ACT Education Corp. We use the name only to describe the format our three-section packs follow, so the packs are called Three-Section Test.
Each pack is for self-study: your teen answers questions and reads a full explanation for each one, in sessions as short as they like. Progress is tracked by topic, so you can sit down together and see what needs work. There's no separate parent login yet. Nothing here predicts an official score, and we never promise a result.
Yes. Each pack covers one domain, skill or section. If you buy that test's bundle later, what you paid for packs you already own counts toward it at checkout.
No. They follow the published format: the same sections, question counts and times. Digital test mocks have two modules per section, like the real test, but the second module doesn't adapt to the first, and they don't copy the real test's scoring. Each mock ends with an estimated practice range. It is not a prediction of an official score.
